What is Infertility?

Infertility is the inability of a couple to conceive after 12 months of regular unprotected intercourse.
In Ayurveda, infertility is known as “Vandhyatva”, which happens when there is an imbalance in Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), weak reproductive tissues (Shukra Dhatu), poor digestion (Agni), and accumulation of toxins (Ama).
